INGREDIENTS:
* 1 can (approx. 14 ounces) chicken broth
* 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
* 1/3 cup biscuit mix
* salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 4 or 5 minutes, or until the gravy is smooth and thickened.
Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed. Serve hot. Makes about 2 cups of gravy.
