German Pancakes

2 tb butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt

Put butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Cook until melted in 400 degree oven. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk and salt to eggs and beat until smooth. Immediately pour into hot skillet and bake for 25 minutes or until puffed up.
